These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gb44com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gb44com website located at https://gb44com.net and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing gb44com, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to gb44com's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;

Access to gb44com is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. gb44com operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately and permanently suspended, all funds forfeited, and any winnings voided.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services, whether imposed by gb44com or any other gambling operator.
• Not a gb44com employee: Current employees of gb44com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, technology partners, or game providers are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.

Age Verification

gb44com takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, all players are required to submit valid government-issued photo identification confirming their date of birth before any withdrawal is processed. gb44com reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the player relationship, including immediately upon registration.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active gb44com account. Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or temporary account restrictions pending re-verification.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

gb44com operates a comprehensive KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme. As part of this programme, we may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership. This may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of ownership of payment methods used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

gb44com supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for their availability and reliability for players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on gb44com are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on gb44com is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though gb44com reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its discretion as part of responsible gaming or AML compliance measures. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees, and may trigger an account review.

Deposits are generally credited to your gb44com account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on gb44com is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your verified gb44com account. gb44com aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable wagering requirements having been met.

gb44com reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. In such cases, processing time may be extended while the review is completed.

Currency & Transaction Fees

All transactions on gb44com are processed in BDT (৳). gb44com does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your bank, mobile banking provider, or card issuer are beyond gb44com's control and will be borne by the player. Players using international card options (Visa/Mastercard) may be subject to foreign exchange conversion charges applied by their card issuer.

All betting and gaming activity on gb44com is subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and any additional terms published within the relevant game or product area. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or product rules, the specific rules will take precedence for that game or product.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on gb44com, including live in-play cricket bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets accepted by the gb44com system are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where explicitly stated in the product rules;
• gb44com reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or subject to irregular betting patterns suggesting match manipulation;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to connectivity and odds availability. gb44com accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to technical issues on the player's device or network;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface. gb44com reserves the right to limit bet stakes for individual players or markets at its sole discretion;
• Obvious error odds (also known as "palpable errors") — odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided by gb44com at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, slot games, live dealer games, and specialty games available on gb44com operate under the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by the game provider. gb44com does not alter or modify the game mechanics, RTP settings, or RNG outcomes of any third-party game. Any malfunction in a game voids all pays and plays for the affected round. In such cases, the affected bet will be returned to the player's account balance.

Disconnection Policy

gb44com is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections, server interruptions, or technical issues on the player's end during a game session. Where a game session is interrupted mid-round due to a confirmed platform-side technical failure, gb44com will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-disconnection state or refund the affected bet. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during gaming sessions.

gb44com offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players throughout the year. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL match days, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by gb44com are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one player, one household, one IP address, and one device at a time unless otherwise specified. Where gb44com determines that a bonus has been claimed by the same individual or household multiple times in a manner inconsistent with the offer terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided without notice.

Bonus Abuse

gb44com actively monitors for patterns of play that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets (such as betting on both sides of a market) for the sole purpose of clearing wagering requirements; using automated betting software; or coordinating with other players to systematically exploit bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, gb44com reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim associated winnings, and suspend the player's account.

Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, stated at the time of issue. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account balance without notice or compensation.

Players using gb44com must conduct themselves lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund a gb44com account;
• Laundering money or using gb44com's platform as a vehicle for any financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or otherwise disrupt the gb44com platform, its servers, or its game software;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain unintended advantages. Any winnings derived from known bugs or glitches are void and will be reclaimed;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer environments;
• Engaging in chargeback fraud (initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been used for gambling);
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limits, or responsible gaming measures.

gb44com employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor player activity, transaction patterns, betting behaviour, and device and IP data. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to additional verification requirements, withdrawal holds, or suspension while an investigation is conducted. gb44com will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime or fraud.

Either the player or gb44com may initiate the closure of a gb44com account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your gb44com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance. gb44com will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. Any bonus balance in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Players who are concerned about their gambling activity are encouraged to use gb44com's self-exclusion tools before closing their account. Self-exclusion provides a cooling-off period and prevents re-registration, which voluntary account closure alone does not guarantee. Closure or Suspension by gb44com

gb44com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating closure;
• Detection of underage gambling or account use by an ineligible person.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gb44com will withhold any pending withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, gb44com reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance, including real-money funds, in accordance with the nature of the breach. Where the investigation finds no breach, pending withdrawals will be processed without undue delay.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, meaning no login, deposit, bet, or game session has been recorded. gb44com will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormant account administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower). To avoid this fee, simply log in to your gb44com account and make at least one transaction.

gb44com's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, any bet, any game, or any transaction shall in no event exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gb44com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising from or in connection with the use of the platform.

gb44com makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. gb44com will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of gb44com that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. gb44com's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with gb44com's Privacy Policy and any specific game or product terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gb44com with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
